Pacific Hibiscus

Helen Tau'au Filisi is a Samoan NZ local Māngere resident who has self-published ten books since 2015 and is an author, artist and educator. Her paintings and collaborative artworks featured in an exhibition during the celebration of Samoan language week from 27 May to 4 June at the Māngere Arts Centre. The exhibition featured the artworks used for her books and workshops ran during the week for schools to attend.
