do you have news or an event you’d like to share or promote?

The Māngere Ōtāhuhu Arts website Noticeboard and E-Newsletter is a place for creative artists, groups and organisations in the local area to share, seek, promote, and post a "call-out" to the local community.
You can submit your notice for either the Noticeboard, or the monthly E-Newsletter or both. We'll also endeavour to share your notice on the Māngere Ōtāhuhu Arts Facebook page if you like.

You can submit your notice at anytime and it will be published within 1 -2 days. Simply fill in the notice submission form here: http://bit.ly/35cb03s Or email mangereotahuhuarts@gmail.com with your notice: title, jpeg image and text.

Health and Wellness Seniors Expo

Health and Wellness Seniors Expo

PGF Services is organising its first Health and Wellness Seniors Expo this year to celebrate Gambling Harm Awareness Week.  The Health and Wellness Seniors Expo will showcase the recreational, health and social services available in South-Auckland to make ageing a positive experience.  

Thursday the 8th of September
Mangere Town Centre
10am-2pm
FREE ENTRY

The purpose of the Expo is to bring people together, find ways to engage and connect with community groups and discover new ways to help each other. The overall aim is for everyone to improve their personal well-being.  The Expo will offer older adults the chance to make contact with groups, organisations and service providers. Organizations like Age Concern Auckland, ACC, Asian Family Services, Turuki Health, Diabetes NZ, the Heart Foundation, Mangere Community Law Centre and Vaiola Pacific Island Budgeting Service will be there.

Participants will have the opportunity to win spot prizes upon completion of an evaluation form. There will also be a free Zumba Gold session at 12pm for everyone.
