NOTICEBOARD

Share, Seek and Promote

The Māngere Ōtāhuhu Arts Noticeboard and monthly E-Newsletter is a place for creative artists, groups and organisations in the local area to share, seek, promote, and post a "call-out" to the local community.

The E-Newsletter goes out in the first week of every month and focuses on news and events happening within that month. E-Newsletter submissions are required by the last day of each month to be included in the following months newsletter. Noticeboard submissions can be received at anytime and will be published online within 1-2 days.

You can submit your notice for either the Noticeboard, or the monthly E-Newsletter or both. We'll also endeavour to share your notice on the Māngere Ōtāhuhu Arts Facebook page if you like. Simply fill in the notice submission form here. Or email renee@mangereotahuhuarts.org.nz with your notice: title, jpeg image and text.

Remember to sign up to receive the monthly e-newsletter here and follow us on Facebook @mangereotahuhuarts

It's Past Your Bedtime : Nui Ensemble Theatre showing 14 July

Join Massive Nui Ensemble for an informal showing of their recent work, created around the theme of childhood night-time and Matariki memories.

Entwined with star-studded stories from the performers’ own cultures (Aotearoa, Tonga, China and the Solomon Islands), this performance is a blend of dynamic movement, music, intriguing characters and innovative story-telling. We love having people join us as we make our work! Rehearsals for this showing are open to all, free of charge. Our rehearsals run from Monday-Friday from 10am - 4pm. Pop in for a visit and get a glimpse of how Massive makes theatre - then come along on Saturday night to see the final showing, directed by Carla Martell and Dominic Ona-Ariki.

Showing: Saturday July 14 at 7pm
Koha welcomed but not essential
Mangere Arts Centre: corner Bader Drive and Orly Ave, Mangere

This event is part of the Matariki Festival, June 30 - July 22, proudly hosted by Auckland Council in partnership with Te Kawerau a Maki.
